This Monday, BP4NTA presented a short course, “Understanding Quality and Confidence in Non-Targeted Analysis: Study Design and Data Interpretation Tools,” at the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry’s 47th Annual Meeting.
The short course, presented by Elizabeth Lin, Tristan Smythe, Natalia Soares Quinete, Sara Nason, and Anna Feerick, covered the basic principles, instrumentation, and data analytics of NTA, with a focus on quality control and quality assurance. The workshop used the recently released study planning tool as guidance on what to cover, and it was a huge success! We had 23 attendees and have plans to present this workshop at future SETAC meetings. Thank you to all who attended!
