Abstract: Metabolomics best practices are spread across papers, protocols, software, and expert communities, making the field difficult to navigate. This presentation will outline a proposed community-informed resource collection covering experimental design, sample preparation, data acquisition, quality control, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and training. We will invite feedback on the most pressing gaps, priority topics, and useful formats to help shape practical resources that support rigorous, reproducible metabolomics research.
