Hello I’m looking for some advice. I am currently running a suspect screening method using a SCIEX X500R Q-ToF with the SCIEXOS software and am trying to set the limit for isotope ratio in the method. I’ve had a look in guidance documents and cannot find a recommended value. Based on the few standards I’ve managed to run on the method the isotope ratio seems to be <8 so I was planning on setting as < +/-10 but am interested in what other labs have this set as.
