EPA is building a database of analytical methods and open spectra. It is described here in a recent presentation: https://www.slideshare.net/AntonyWilliams/using-cheminformatics-approaches-to-develop-a-structure-searchable-database-of-analytical-methods.
If you have any papers describing analytical methods (LC-MS or GC-MS) and would like them added to the database please let us know. IF you would like to add spectral data to the database let us know.
