Discounted memberships are designated for students, recent graduates (past 3 years), and those in low- and middle-income countries.

Starting with the 2024 elections, only those who pay annual dues (Gold, Full, or Discounted membership) will be eligible for holding elected positions, voting in elections, and contributing to the BP4NTA consensus process. Only paid members will be able to request that BP4NTA promote their publications, events, and job postings.

Paid memberships expire one year after payment, and are automatically downgraded to Basic Membership status.
